Who are you?
This website is a demonstration example for the ideas associated with online personal branding. For many people, search engines have become the default starting point for their everyday discovery of need-to-know information. This process is not limited to those who seek out products and services - individuals are also easily researched.
Personal online branding is about taking greater control over the quality of search results people must necessarily choose between when your name is typed into a search engine; more importantly it’s the process of managing online information about yourself in ways that project your personal and professional image with clarity. Think of it as an online branding exercise with yourself as the brand. |
Who am I?
Just to be sure you found the right Tim Martin, this one lives and works in Melbourne, Australia and is in his early 40’s. He runs 2 Sticks Digital Marketing, a consultancy that specialises in online strategy, online public relations and education.
Tim is also a circuit speaker for The Executive Connection (TEC). He attended Adelaide University as an Arts undergraduate and Melbourne University for postgraduate business studies. Before entering digital marketing Tim worked in the wine industry. He originally hails from Dunedin, New Zealand.
